In sure it can be duplicated.Sent from my SM-J727VPP using TapatalkI think the route I am going to go is to send it to the gentleman I mentioned above. He said he has them in all sizes and should be able to help me out. I would try the other routes but I have limited use of a vehicle this week and have to get ready for my shoulder surgery on Friday. Still putting away all my turkey hunting supplies and have to go get the blind and calls off the property I hunt tomorrow.

I have a lot of Turkey hunting gear to put away and organize. LOL! I tend to get sloppy toward the middle of the season when I start wearing down and am running out of energy. I like to conserve as much as possible so I'm not too tired to hunt. Might want to pick up a spare if you can. Sent from my SM-J727VPP using Tapatalk
Quote from: CAPTJJ on June 01, 2019, 01:19:03 PMIf the gun is European made and I think it is, I have some spare nipples for my Lyman Greta Plains that I don't shoot any more. A couple are the Hot Shot nipple, and with a no. 11 magnum cap they work great. PM me your address and I can drop one in the mail to try. Just will have to wait until next week to ship it as I am out of town.

Quote from: CAPTJJ on June 01, 2019, 06:17:28 PMOuch. Many years ago I had a partially torn knee ligament from a hockey injury. Was waiting for surgery with the knee in an immobilizer, out a bar one night and a scuffle broke out right next to me. After a loud pop and severe pain... had a 100% tear.
Quote from: CAPTJJ on June 01, 2019, 08:10:41 PMWas just doing a quick search and found that model was US made and uses a 1/4-28 thread nipple according to here: https://www.muzzleloadingforum.com/threads/navy-arms-side-hammer-32-cal.72047. Should be easy to find one. I now remember my grandfather had at least one in his gun shop when I was a kid, he was a gunsmith and did a lot of trading.
QuoteMy Navy Arms mule ear rifle was also named the Country Boy and was also made in .50 caliber, but that was an Italian Pedersoli model only imported for a short time several years...
