Quote from: GobbleNut on March 06, 2018, 09:12:20 AMI used to have this dilemma with state lines and rivers and such. I would shoot a bird in one state while in another and end up being more confused about what to do than I normally am. So I did some "guzintas" (if you don't know what those are, ask Ronnie), and calculated exactly where the state line would be in the center of the river. Then I "extrapolated" an imaginary vertical line above that. After that, all's I had to do was call any gobbler 'til he flew across the river. When he reached that imaginary state line in the air, I would shoot him,...in flight, of course, cuz I am just that good. That way I could say I shot him in either state,...legally, of course. I then do more guzintas and figure out which state tag I should use. The only problem I have found with my "system" is that sometimes I pass out from doin' all those guzintas and thinking.

That rarely never happens any more. After all these years, me and my snood have finally come to our senses. (I suspect you younger guys probably don't understand)
