A bowl of chicken noodle soup. Fill the bath tub with hot water,  as hot as you can stand,  disolve 2 cups of epsom salts, soak for 20-30 minutes. Take an alka-seltzer plus cold and flu,  put extra blankets on the bed,  and sweat it out.
