Should I Mount Him?

I think I killed a turkey.  He walked like a turkey, and gobbled like a turkey so I'm pretty sure it's a turkey.  He put up a good battle but I don't wan't to drop five bills on a mount.  It has been suggested by more than one person to just do a fan mount.   I might would consider that if I could figure out how to get rid of the smell.

Tell the Taxidermist you want him to look EXACTLY like that.

I would ask the taxidermist if he can mount him in the same pose as your photo......I think they call that a "aggressive sneak".........lol

Looks like that turkey went for a swim. Drowned rat comes to mind. Reminds me of my first Osceola I killed. He was standing in 6" of water when I killed him. Took hours to dry him off. Congrats on another good turkey.
