Memphis is a good place to hunt and you should be covered up in jakes this spring with the first good hatch we have had in recent years. I would look at public land in Lee, Van Buren, Davis, and Appanoose counties in SE Iowa. I will also be hunting NE MO and SE IA this year but mostly private property. There aren't as many turkey hunters in Iowa as there are in Missouri, so knocking on doors is always a great option, but public land shouldn't be that crowded. Good luck.
