First of all, congratulations on a great gun. There are a number of chokes that should work successfully with that gun. Maybe the most important choice is the shotshell.
I'd recommend that you consider the 3" Hevi-13 "Bronze" shell with 2 oz. of either #6 or #7 shot. Either will work well and provide killing patterns out to and including 40 yards. (Your gun of course will chamber and fire the 3.5" shells but the 3" work exceptionally well and allow you to get back on target much more quickly, should you need to do that.) The number will depend of course on which shot size you choose but frankly, at least to me, a good even pattern is much more important than the number.
The brand of choke and exit diameter can be the subject of pretty much endless debate. With that gun, I've had success with a variety of choke tubes. Most chokes today are rated for tungsten based shot, so that's much less of a problem than in years past.
Here are some that have worked well for me. The Hevi-13 Turkey Choke .671, the SSX .643, the Wright's .660, Pure Gold .670 and Strangler .664.
All of those chokes have different "internals" but all produce very good patterns with the Hevi-13 shotshells.
As has already been stated, a variety of exit diameters will work, it's more about the internal geometry and the shotshell than anything else. There are lots of good chokes out there today.
