Did you ever consider making a Turkey Satchel? Your leather work is real good. I'll bet the "Non-Vest" hunters would love to see a Yoder Satchel..........

We've never had any suggestion of interest in such a thing until yours.  And I appreciate yours.  Generally a new design stems from folks asking for something.  I know the soft ones that Glenda Green does have become fairly popular.  I have not personally looked one of Glenda's satchels over.  So I don't know what features they have.  But I know it would be a fairly substantial price jump over what she asks for hers to what I would design just out of what's in my head right now.  The materials that go into "Tank Tough" ain't cheap.

BUT..........my ears are always open to suggestions and requests.  If enough interest was shown........

Those are nice yoder, cool concept and great craftsmanship. I dont drink and am a pretty simple guy. I make pot calls and shake down my gear and guns a dozen times and come up with 50 plans to hunt the coming season. Day one comes and I'm like a little kid again and the plan goes out the window, lol. Iplan on getting a Woodman Arms muzzle loader this year so I will play with that extensively. Again, great work bro. Z

Very very nice! Good choice on the eagle rare and weller or "poor man's pappy" as we call it. I drive past the distillery every day and I won't tell you what I pay for bottles buying directly from there versus retail or online.

I have drank Eagle Rare but have not heard of or tasted Weller, definitely have never experienced "Pappy". Please tell me more of Weller?

Weller special reserve and pappy share the same mash profile/recipe. To my understanding each barrel of weller special reserve is potentially one that could be finished into pappy based on the taste profile of that particular barrel. The ones that don't make the cut are bottled and sold as a weller. The best ones are aged and finished some more and bottled and sold as pappy's. That's art least my simplistic understanding of it. I've had pappy by the pour and it's good but not my favorite. If I had to drink one bourbon for the rest of my life it would be Blantons.

Those bourbon carriers sure do look handy, nice job. Wife and I are planning a trip to KY in April to visit a bunch of distilleries. We did Makers Mark a bunch of years ago. We plan to start in Louisville and end up Lexington, spending about a week. Anyway, here's a pic of what I do to keep me off the streets since retiring from the machining trade. They're peppermills, I buy the grinder from a craft store and turn the barrels. They are a 1/10 scale bourbon/wine barrel.

Bourbon has certainly seen a boom. It's funny. The stuff I used to steal out of my dads liquor cabinet when I was in high school is now selling for a few hundred dollars a bottle online. I'm not complaining. The bourbon related tourism is great for my area

I bet you could easily transform that design into chest pack. A place for binoculars, a pot call or 2, maybe an owl hooter or crow call, possibly a trumpet, and some mouth calls. I might be interested in something like that.
