To nice for burn pile...

I think the only thing that saved it was it's beauty.
I just happened to show up and it caught my eye so I asked about it. He said take it. It's going in the burn pile.
I played it and it was fine with me but not good enough for Mr. Perfection.
Mike started fiddling with it and before long, he had it singing a tune!
That changed the dynamic from a giveaway to a sale, which I felt much more comfortable about...

From bottom up...
Rosewood, mineral stained poplar, cherry (Mike found that cherry in the woods on a Spring hunt) and spalted maple.
They all have a meaningful inscription on the back.

No question in my mind that you'll be happy with whatever you get from Mike.
Each of mine has a slightly different sound but each one is turkey and it's not just me who thinks that. A number of turkeys have agreed.
Rosewood IS a great looking call, I have to concur.
