Title is misleading... as a MS resident. I believe it was a big day for us residents more so than non residents. This will cut pressure by half at least. Thank you Jesus.. or MDWFP.

They should have pushed opening date back 2 weeks and changed limit to 2 birds

Yep, I have hunted mostly public for the last few years and have not been checked a single time.

It would have been a better situation if people would have just kept their mouths shut.  Even a fish would have had a better situation had he kept his mouth shut.
