For the real test get some live toms to line up. That's how to save ammo 

Get your shooting test on video because if you don't it didn't happen. 

Don't believe i would try it with the longbeard loads , they may not make it to the furthest piece of paper

I'm thinking tissue paper. Don't have turkeys but I have a friend that raises chickens.
I may just have to send pics to the people that thought it was I kinda a cool idea.
