I made it. Saturday morning I hit the scales at 209.6. My goal was 210 by april 23rd.  So I pigged out on Sat. night with ribs then had prime rib at my Daughters today. So tomorrow its back on track. I have been walking every day and that really helps. I'm up to 5 miles a day. Its a start .

I hit 239 Friday which is 23 lbs down, I need another 9 or 10 to fall off

Im still at the 210 mark. Seem to have hit a plateau.I have re- set my goal to 200 lbs by the first of August. It would be great to be below 200 for the up coming deer season. I have started walking with a goal of 25 miles per week. Problem is I'm now 175 miles from home.Somebody call me a cab. :toothy12: :toothy12: :toothy12:
