Stumbled across the announcement on their website today. Sad times. Not sure how I got turned onto his calls, here I suspect. Been using them almost exclusively the past 15 years or so. He was always fun to talk to and the kind of person you could make fast friends with. Always mighty accommodating to special requests as well. The world's a lesser place today. My condolences to family and friends.

Sure hate to hear that. I can't tell you how many times I've called him and had long conversations with him while he was making my diaphragm calls. Prayers to his family.

Prayers lifted for Scott's family and staff. Been using his mouth calls for probably 15 years. Always enjoyed talking to him on the phone. I killed my biggest turkey with his call. RIP Hook.

Scott was an incredible man and will be dearly missed. I owe so much to him. He mentored me in many things, not just turkey calling.
