Days hunted vs Days harvested

17.5 days hunted, killed 5 birds on 5 different days.  Saw/heard birds every trip but 2 or 3.

I know you saw more than the 5 you killed die. You had a heck of a season.

Not much time this year, started late.  Would have liked to have had more time to hunt.  I went 2 for 4 this year.

 Youth hunt I was one day two birds , then for me it was two days two birds 
Then a friend called me last Sunday and needed help it was at most a 45 min hunt and he was done . Lol it has just been one of them years you dream of . It's like I could have used a duck call and killed em .

I saw 6 die, you were the only other person I saw drop the hammer, but should have seen 9 hit the dirt.  All together I saw 5 longbeards (killed 1 and missed 1) and 9 jakes in Mississippi, no telling how many I heard, and in South Carolina I saw 18 longbeards (killing 4, should have gotten 1 more and tagged out) and 8 jakes.  That those are the ones I saw hunting.  I have no clue how many I saw riding around.  Out of the 18 in SC I saw 5 of them could have been the same bird twice but not sure.

8 days hunted this year and 5 of these days a longbeard got it.  Best ratio kill to hunt I think I ever had for a season..
