Another vote for Mossberg®. I love my 26" barrel Mdl 500C 20ga pump. Got my last gobbler (Merriams) at 42yds with #4 Pb. I got this gun in 2000 and have never had any malfuntion(s). Built like a tank and runs like a Timex® watch.

Well which one??
Oops lolol! Wrong quote. My vote was for the 500.

Remington 870 Compact w/21" barrel. It comes with several plates that can be added to or removed from the stock for proper length of pull so that it fits a youth or an adult.:OGturkeyhead:

What plates?

CrustyRusty

BPS with 26 inch barrel.

It comes with several thin plates that attach between the stock and the recoil pad to adjust the length of pull.

BDeal

It comes with 3 plates. Two are 1/4 inch and one is 1/2 inch to adjust for size. So you can add a full 1 inch to the length of pull with all of the plates on.

I am partial to my Benelli Nova 20.
Deer see you and think you are a stump. The Old Gobbler sees a stump and thinks it is YOU!

The real 870, the Wingmaster.
That post made me smile. First turkey gun n I still have a few

You pretty much name any pump shotgun  and I've owned and hunted with them.  Winchester Browning Benelli Remington Mossberg. That being said I now only own two of what I believe to be the best examples, an older Mossberg 835 and a one year old Browning BPS micro 20 gauge with a 24" barrel.

^ Same here.  What is your budget?  If price is an issue, the mossy 500 gets my vote.  If money isn't an issue, a BPS or Nova.  :z-twocents:

Just looked at a Nova today, and liked it a lot. Felt like a great gun to chase turkeys with.

How's the kick from the 870?

What kick also..i killed a nice bird couple weeks ago and i didn't feel it kick at all .. I've got several turkey guns and my 2 Remington 870 has the best factory trigger..over the Mossberg and Benelli...Nova is nice gun but the POI is a problem with these guns sometimes..

Hooks' n' Beards'

I am partial to my hatsan escort 20 ga pump, wrapped in mobui, xfull .665 choke, beard buster fiber optics and recently topped it with a bushnell reddot.2 for 2 on toms since i got it.Gun fits me great.

My vote goes to the 870.
