Turkey bombs

I have had these made with wild duck breast, so figured they would be good with wild turkey breast.

Mixed shredded cheddar and minced onion with the cream cheese stuffing. Also seasoned the breast slices with Everglades seasoning. Would have been good with a little BBQ sauce too. They were exceptional just the way they were too.

The best filling is a 50/50 mix of cream cheese and shredded cheddar with some minced onion and lil' smoky sausages ran through a food processor.  That's what I use when I want to get fancy.

I did both. Some slices were large enough to wrap, some were smaller and just placed on top. Both did good. If you slice large enough to wrap, it helps hold the cheese in.
