Tristar over and under .410 w/ extended choke tubes ? NWTF edition?

Friend saw a Tristar.410 o/u with bronze  reciever and barrel.
A mossy oak dipped stock and forearm. A NWTF edition with the logo on the stock and receiver . Anyone  have any information on this gun ?

 I've seen them in 20 gauge at the NWTF banquets but not in .410.
