Question on Hydrodipping

Thinking about getting my 870 dipped in MossyvOak Treestand. Have you guys noticed any difference on composite vs wood stock on the longevity?

Only thing I will say with dipping a wood stock from what I have owned is, when the wood stock gets hit or chipped like normal the wood flakes off leaving the wood exposed. You don't get this with synthetic stocks. But I haven't had it bad enough to even tell the difference to people, I guess I am just to OCD and I know it's there.
