While it is sad, there are so many things wrong with the picture this story presents that I couldn't help but laugh...

A woman was wounded twice by gunfire this morning after she went to a Tillman's Corner motel to confront her husband and another woman, Mobile police said.
Police received a call at 8:45 a.m. concerning a violent incident at America's Best Value Motel at 5480 Inn Road, according to spokesman Officer Chris Levy.
Levy said a 31-year-old woman went to the hotel "to confront her husband and his new girlfriend."
"The wife confronted the girlfriend with a can of pepper spray," said Levy.
"The girlfriend," he continued, "then armed herself with a handgun and shot the wife two times — once in the arm, once in the chest."
Levy said the wife was transported to the University of South Alabama Medical Center, where she underwent surgery. Her condition was not available Saturday night.
The alleged girlfriend was identified as Brittany Green, 25. Levy said Green had not been charged in the shooting as of Saturday evening, but she was arrested on outstanding warrants "unrelated to this incident."
Information regarding the nature of those warrants was not available Saturday.
