adjusting elevation on 870 SPS-T with factory gobbledot sights stuck

Can someone walk me through the procedure.  I have tried to move my rear sight up and down on the factory rail and it won't budge.  Have loosened the side and top screw and still no go.  Like I'm missing another screw or something.  I've tapped it with a rubber mallet using a wooden dowel pretty hard and still no go.  Appreciate whatever assistance can be provided.

Not sure about that sight without looking at it. Have you tried to call the manufacturer? In most cases they will walk you through it.
