I am interested in these maps as well.
Do any of these maps tell you who owns the property and whether or not property is public or Private?
Did I do that?

I use OnX and Topo Maps+. OnX gives landowner names and mailing address, but does cost a yearly fee.
I also use the free version of Topo Maps+, which uses the USGS maps for topography, which at times shows me more details.
With both apps, you can download maps to use while offline or don't have service and both have aerial imaging as an option.

OnX is extremely popular. And from what I've seen, for good reason. Everybody I know who has it feels it is well worth the price.
As a mapmaker (GIS Specialist) in my previous professional life, I build my own custom maps and then use the Avenza app. But, wouldn't recommend that for everybody. OnX is tough to beat at this point.

OnX user too. One state is 29.99 per year. Pretty reasonable to me. I love the download feature as many areas I hunt are spotty.

I use HuntStand and OnX Hunt. I prefer OnX but there are a few features that neither have that the other does so I use them both pretty regularly.
I have a 20% off code if anyone wants to try OnX Hunt. Just use "mossyoak" for a 20% discount on the subscription.

OnX for me as well. I really like being able to quickly bounce between aerial and topo or hybrid.

I've had OnX and Basemap.
Switched to Gaia and just renewed for another year.

Big onX fan here. Use it for hunting and work. Where I'm from it's so flat you can watch your dog run away for a week so topo doesn't do me much good. But other parts of my state are hilly and I've started looking at hybrid topo when I go to these places but any quick tips/tricks y'all that use topo have kinda picked up on to make it easier to understand. Sorry, don't mean to highjack the thread.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons. However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.

I've tried several and onX is by far the best.

I use both HuntStand and onX both provide landowner and public land information. I buy an onX single state 1 year map if I plan on going somewhere on vacation or out of state hunting and want to download the maps. They also have some layers that HuntStand doesn't have. However, HuntStand was only $20 for all states this past fall and I bought that version. I use it mainly for my local areas but it's nice to have some of that additional information HuntStand offers if I don't have an onX map for states I'm traveling through.
Camofire has onX single state maps for $18 about once a week. Their shipping is like $4 so I generally buy two, considering these are just postcard size pieces of paper, it makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth on shipping. Then I enter the code for the second one when I need it. They also sell the elite cards for like $60 (don't remember the exact price).
