Then he's lying because everyone is dealing with all the Northeast refugees flooding their state. That's why RI & FL put the National guard on their boarders. He even criticized RI for doing it so he can't say he doesn't.

Don't understand the purpose of the state shutdown if we let thousands of people from a hot spot drive in and take up residence.

First stop is grocery store than a testing center. If positive they want a hospital bed.

Seems to me, that you have people dying in one part of the state because they don't have ventilators...  And you have ventilators in another part of the state that are not being used.

You fight the fires where they are, not where they might be.  Some of those unused ventilators could potentially be saving lives...  American lives.  Allocate the resources when & where they are needed, and if Cuomo does not move them back when they are needed, hang him.

Actually they are saying over a million fled the city. We have gotten several here in Upstate, my stepfather in PA said they got a ton of them as well.

Also last year or the year before NYC had the chance to buy thousands of them and chose not to and NYC was happy with them for not "wasting money on them" Upstate chose to buy them and be prepared in case something happened, once again Upstate is having to bale out NYC because they CHOOSE not to prepare. Sorry, I do not trust Cuomo to return anything, he has lied to Upstate way to many times and given NYC all the money generated Upstate, let him use that money to buy more elsewhere. I think it wouldn't matter what he did, it wouldn't be the right thing for the people that didn't vote for him. Same for Trump, and I'm not a fan of that goofball and his clown show, either. Fact is, nobody has a playbook for how to deal with something like this, but to blatantly accuse someone of murdering people that didn't vote for him is absurd, no matter what you think of their politics. He's the governor of a state, not the dictator of a country. It's just tribal warfare, my tribe versus your tribe, in another form.

X2 on this, and I'm no Cuomo fan. Sometimes you have to put yourself in someone's situation. If you had a loved one potentially dying in the hospital because of no respirator and a hospital across town had a surplus of respirators but wouldn't part with them...

Well I have no idea of this Naval Captain you speak of, but I do know that moral responsibility comes first in everything in life.
