tips on installing williams slugger sights??

  I bought a set of williams slugger fire sights and im having a hell of a time getting them on. Is there a trick to putting these on? I tried for about 10 minutes trying to start those tiny screws and figured id ask on here to see if there is a easy way to put them on?

Put a little toothpaste on inside and then insert your wrench, put one side on first and then put on rib that way you only have to put on side on while on the rib. The toothpaste will hold the screw to the wrench.

Another old electrician tip. piece of tape on screwdriver tip, electrical tape works good. This works if it's a slotted screw. The tape holds the screw so it won't fall off. The plastic on the tape compresses in the slot. Works well.....hope this helps...
