Had one gobble about 100 times to the thunder this morning. Never made another sound after the storm passed and he hit the ground. The only other gobble I’ve heard this year was opening day, 11am. 1 gobble from a bird following a hen.

Im in North Ga too and I cant tell you they gobbling but not often. I noticed on the bright sunny clear days we have been having they went quiet and on the rainy foggy morns Ive heard the most. Heard one gobble on the roost this morn one time . Never heard him again.
