Remington Superfull Hevi Shot choke - restriction?

Hello Folks - I have an approx 12 year old choke manufactured by Remington.  I purchased this soon after Hevi Shot hit the market.

Printed on the choke is: Remington Super Full Hevi Shot Steel or Lead

Does anyone know the diameter of this choke?
Thinking of running some Win Longbeard or Federal TSS through this.  Any issues with either of these loads and this choke?

Any recommendations on what shot size might work best (Win longbeard or TSS) with this choke?  I'll be using a Rem 11/87 with a 26" barrel.  I fully realize each gun, load, and choke has to be patterned, just thought some with knowledge might offer a starting point.

Thanks,
Greg

Those were some good chokes! The 12 ga version was .675 and the 20 ga was a .570 if I remember correctly.

.675, I measured it on my calipers. :icon_thumright: I bought mine years ago when Remington first came out with Hevi-Shot turkey loads.  My 870 SM shot  the 3 1/2 " 1 3/4 oz #4 shot HV very well.
