Thanks guys! He wasn't first priority this morning Mr. Jim. Went with my dad as per usual on opening day to a pasture we have rights to. 3 birds roosted last night only to get shut out by rain and no gobbles this morning. I cut out to a spot I knew held a bird and about the time I pulled up the rain quit. After about 50 yards of walking I heard this fella tearing the world a new one. I think I could've rubbed two sticks together and made him gobble! Blessed to be able to put him on the ground and Dad and I will be back out at that pasture tomorrow morning for round 2!
