Can someone tell me how to get in touch with Hal? I'm wanting to start reloading my own but haven't been able to find a way to contact him.

He is on Facebook Hal Abbott. Just message him and he will get back with you.

All depends on how much you buy. Can't recall exactly but the most I've bought is 15#'s at one time and I believe it was around $45-$48/lb don't quote me for sure on that.

If you don't get a deal from one of the manufacturers it's worth reloading your own.

Buying in bulk is key.
