Recently completed this Black Palm Trumpet, sharing a few pics and a sound file. Boy did my crappy playing get the dogs barking in the background. This is one of my new models.

Thanks man, I remember your B&W Ebony, that was a nice piece of wood. This model is a bit shorter, has new internals, so it draws and plays differently. I love the older model too and it is still in my bag, this one just offers up another tonal option.

Thanks Allen....Both of the Black Palm I made were from the same blank and had this bell grain, not sure if that would be considered normal for this species.
