Noise of the new 410's and recoil?

Appears I'm in the line for shoulder surgery soon.  Looking to put it off until after turkey season, but am contemplating purchasing one of the 301's.  Two questions, how is the recoil with the 3" TSS shells and just as important how much is the noise reduced as compared to a 20 gauge shotgun?  Have a horse farm I might be allowed to hunt and the owner said quieter is better.  Never owned a 410, so no idea how the sound compares to a 12 or 20 gauge.  Thanks.

I think if your anticipating recoil , your going to feel it , a little .. but it's really not bad at all , and if your hunting and pull the trigger , your not going to feel it at all... as far as loud , it's not that either...

 Not as loud as 20 and less recoil compared to the 3 1/2 inch magnum loads it's a cap gun
