Morel identification Help!

Just looking for some help here. I found these by complete accident in the backyard. I've never picked wild mushrooms before, but I do recognize these.

Just looking for verification that these are the good morels and not the false ones before I cook supper.

The easiest way to make sure that you have a true morel is that it will be hollow, just like the one's in your pictures. Those are nice looking "true" morel mushrooms you have, enjoy your feast!

Yes those are true Morels . They are hollow and the top is connected to the stem.False Morels the top is not connected to the stem it's like a umbrella. Enjoy !!!!

Yup those are the real ones Yummy. Look up Brain mushrooms or false mushrooms. They have a simular outside texture but they dont have the shape of a morel.
