Like new condition and includes everything it came with brand new. Only wear on it is a little fading on the down arrow brightness adjustment button. Functions flawlessly, just decided to stick with regular bead sights on my turkey gun.
I will include a Sumtoy Customs mount that is designed specifically for this sight. It is extremely low profile and is the cleanest mounting option available for shotguns. It was mounted on a Winchester 1300 but I believe they are designed to be universal for any shotgun drilled and tapped for a scope mount. Mount has a shiny spot where the front mounting screw was.
