Bushnell TRS 25 Problem

I have several of these and have always been very pleased. Hard to beat for the $$$. I got a new one today. Mounted it on the gun and it's very dim. I can't see the dot at all until I get to about 8 on the settings. At 11 (which is max) it's still dim. Changed the battery and it's no better. May have to send it back.
