I just did one with a turkey breasts. 1 cup of kosher salt, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, heated pot of water to dissolve salt and sugar. Then chilled and added vinegar. Brined for 24 hours, dried bird rubbed with olive oil and seasoned with italian spices.
Smoked on Traeger for about 4 hours at 190 until temps hit 160.
