Vest Seat Cushion Replacement

Hey all, I have a Cabelas Minimalist vest that I absolutely love, BUT I can sit for more than 20-30 minutes due to the lack of cushion on the seat pad. Been thinking about a winter project of replacing the seat pad. Anyone ever done this and if so can you advise on what pad to purchase for long sits?
