Thoughts on youth semi auto 28 gauge

Same action, the 28 will kick more. But the recoil is very minimal. My 28 semi is barely noticeable

Forgive my ignorance, but which would be considered the "bigger" gun as far as amount of shot and kick, the 28 or the .410?

I shoot 1-5/8 oz TSS out of my 28. Out of the .410, best I can get is 7/8 oz
