If I recall, that gentleman has been on OG and runs a box like no other. Never met him but shared a few PMs. I'm gonna have to check it out, thanks for sharing.

There is an art and I love hearing a good box caller. I've played with them but I'm not good at it.

It's hard to find the right words for this video...just awesome to watch and gives a us chance to realize how blessed most of us are...

Tim Murdock has several videos up but the West Virginia 2019 that is over 25 minutes long is the one I think Greg was referring to. More than worth the time. From just a calling standpoint, anybody that can run a box in a confined wood room with echo and sound that good I'll sit next to anytime in the woods.

Great video, that guy can run a box.

Count your blessings fellows, his story hits very close to home. Enjoy every minute and make every hunt like it could be your last because you never know.

Thanks for posting, I needed some encouragement and that was perfect.

Just finished watching the video, man it does not get any better than that. Thank you Nathan Taylor for putting that together. Started my Sunday off right for sure, what a strong faith you guys have!

God bless you and men that is what turkey hunting and the outdoors is all about!

Greg, thank you for mentioning the video here and thank you all for the kind words about the video. Tim is truly an amazing fella and I'm honored to call him a friend. It's amazing how turkey hunting and turkey calls can bring about new friends. This hunt was for sure a life changing experience for me.....while I was describing to Tim what those birds were doing coming down that hillside, I took a few seconds to close my eyes to get an idea of his perspective. That hunt has completely changed my outlook to how I will approach hunting in the future in terms of my mindset and appreciation. You can tell from my reaction when I got a hold of that bird what it meant to me for that to work out for Tim. If you see him in Nashville please take the time to chat with him, there's not a finer man around.

I got to chat with him (I think his wife was telling what was typed or someone else) I had asked how the aiming was done. I had seen you hold something up but could not see that it was a cell phone and the scope was a red dot.

I only add this comment in case there is anybody else out there with a blind friend and maybe it will help them get their friend out there.
