Say what you will about fate or karma, I believe you will get what you deserve. My best friend just drew a moose permit in Maine, 38 years and he finally got one. After 38 years I'd say it was more persistence paid off than luck. Those bonus points had to be adding up. Congrats to him.

Congrats to him,but I know I prefer turkey hunting over big Iowa whitetails and I'm sure I'd keep preferring them over a moose also.

Turkeys for me too. I would trade it for an Osceola hunt any day, lol. But a moose tag up here is a sacred thing, just happy for him. He deserves it
