I am looking at the savage 301 Compact. Does it have a fixed choke or is it threaded for other chokes. Also does it come drilled and tapped?
Always wondering wether or not to give a cluck

I saw some new ones today brand new in box with screw in choke and a weaver rail attached.

Mine has a screw in choke and it has a mount on it for a sight or if ya want you can just look through it and use the bead.
