Kansas and Nebraska help

Making plans of hunting either Kansas or Nebraska  next spring. Can anyone give me any insight, might have to pay which does not matter. Son wants a Rio.

Look into South Central Kansas, west of Wichita or northern Oklahoma.

Good bird numbers, favorable hunting conditions and some of the heaviest Rio's in the country.
