Never read the rules on horse racing, if it were NASCAR, Maximum Security was good. His lane shift didn't impede Country House but I do think he severely slowed War of Will. I felt bad for all parties. Maximum Security was the best horse on the track. I wouldn't want to have made that decision, a lot of dollars changed hands because of it. The wrong horse benefitted but I guess you can't have winners without a few losers.
