Been out every available chance so far and no dice yet. Blew it on a bird last week and that's been the best opportunity I've had so far. Worked one hard yesterday on new property only to find there was a very small stream and a wall of briars between us. Both of which he could've walked around to get to me. Factor in the logging road and the landing he was not willing to leave and you get yourself a sad little story. 2 weeks left here and I'm hoping things change soon. Sounded like a gobble just now but can't swear to it with the rain hitting this blind. Gonna give it another hour or so then I gotta roll. In-laws coming down so I can fix MIL's car and we're all headed to church together. Good luck to those still hammering away and congrats to those that have already connected.
