Help in SC???

Just wanted to see if anyone could possibly provide any sort of info on SC, I'm in southern VA and have my license and tags for a previous hunt I had planned that didn't work out, is there any public land maybe in the northern portion of the state that's decent? Any help is much appreciated

If by northern portion you are referring to the upstate, then yes there is public land around
