You'll be out there soon Jon.   Hang in there!!  Are there's some other new guys training with you?  What are you doing for training?   Is it mostly product familiarzation??

there is 5 of us in training. They are training us on the proper way to speak with a customer and plus learning about the product. But yea we will be out there soon enough.

The good thing is, they are taking the time to train you all on how they want things done, at least they didn't throw you out there and see if you could sink or swim. Swim you keep the job, sink your fired.

Congrats again.

Thank you again. Oh i know I am very appreciative that they are taking the time and train us. But at the same time we will never be completely ready for this or know everything. The only way we will learn is by going out there and facing the customer
