I used to use Photobucket. I saw Old Gobbler's sticky re:using Tinypic and created an account. Although very easy it appears to have some shortcomings. Pic rotation is one of them. Plus, when you upload you have to select a size because you can't change that later. Therefore I've been using Flickr. After uploading you can edit, resize and rotate prior to any posting if desired. So...unless I'm missing something with Tinypic I would suggest using Flickr.
