This has been the worst opening week I have ever had. Started the week with rain and then thunderstorms for two days, more rain then 120 km/hr winds to finish things off. Needless to say I haven't gotten a bird down yet. I had one about thirty yards through really thick stuff that offered no shot, and another about 60 yards coming in good until he saw a live hen that he liked better than my decoys. Going back out this afternoon to give em hell again and see what I can do.
