I hate to bring the bad news, but the picture is fake.  I won't link to where I found out, because the picture was doctored to resemble a very offensive website/picture that has been on the web for years.  If you are interested in where I found this out, PM me because I'm not going to post in publicly.  The site with the explanation isn't offensive, but a link on there is.
