It is a terrific read. I just finished The Flaming Turkey from a recommendation on here and man, it was awesome as well if your looking for another great read.

Old turkey hunting books are the best.

A great new book, I'm not done yet and can't put it down is Larry Proffitt's  'Letters To My Grandchildren' ,written in an old style, by a man that loves turkey hunting. And he's proficient on the trumpet and has hunted with Zach Farmer and Billy Buice among others. He's opinionated but consistently kills old goblers in the Spring and Fall.

Cuz Strickland books are a fun read not the level of Nunnery or Kelly but good.
