Didn't even hear a gobble this morning. Bumped one off the roost going in, heard one flydown and one yelp. I did see a strutter with 12 to 15 hens at 400 to 500 yards and made a two mile hike around the hollow to get above him but by the time I got there he was gone. I have a better setup planned for friday.
No trees were hurt in the sending of this message, however a large number of electrons were highly inconvenienced.

Strike two yesterday. They are henned up bad. Saw one with a hen and she was in a hurry leading him away from me.

Same has been going on with me bud........I am going to leave my decoys at home this week.
As soon as hens see my decoys they take gobbler away.
