Spring Creek Calls

Both my tablet and the outside thermometer say -19 here in beautiful SW Michigan this morning. Thank God the winds are calm.

High today may reach +5 with 35 below wind chill. Good thing the Mrs. made some chicken noodle soup.

Think they're calling for a high of 2. But I'll take that over 15 below. How cool is it the middle of winter is finally here? Next season is the gobbling season and it ain't far off.
Gotta change that guys. Idk where I saw 2 but they're saying 9 degrees now. It's up to 7 already

We are looking for a high today of +4° with a windchill of minus 35°.  Sounds like a good day to tie some flies.

40* here with a high of 59-60* not much of a winter this year. I don't know if I'd want to trade for 5 degrees though.
If you make everything easy how do you know when your good at anything?

Louisiana...but it's 105 in July and the humidity has to be felt to believe it lol.

Opening day here in NW SoDak last season was 6 inches of fresh snow from the day before and -1 when I got out of the truck. Typical day for them.
