Does the Federal Mag-Shok Heavyweight(camo and black box) left over from last year have the new Flight Control wad or is that just the new TSS?

TSS has the new Flight Control wad, Mag-Shok has the old style flight control wad.

Thanks Turkey_picker. That would explain why all the Heavyweight is half the price now. Thought about buying some and wanted to make sure.
