Chickens and Turkey Calls

Has anybody on here gotten any odd reactions from chickens or roosters with turkey calls?

They seem to give a reaction to my diaphragm talk when I use on in front of them. Even have found a rooster that attacks me when I use fighting purrs near him.

I don't have chickens but when I sit outside and practice with my calls  birds seem to show up 
, more so when theres only a few .....

I have heard a turkey gobble at a rooster crowing, but they will gobble at about anything.
